#1. Pick an industry in the Resilinc 2018 Annual report. Describe uncertainties in the industry and possible risk mitigation. Search the internet for one or two examples of that industry and how they dealt with such uncertainty as described by Resilinc. (minimum of 500 words)

#2 Case Study – . In the first half of class, you have gained knowledge about global supply chain uncertainty, risk and probabilities, hazards and gain insight into a variety of industries’ risk. In the second half of class we have learned about business continuity, data modeling and visibility of disruptive events. 

In a case study of your choice, conduct an analysis regarding risk, business continuity, data modeling, and visibility. Look at the Sample Case Study analysis to guide you on writing the case study. A case study analysis requires you to investigate a business problem, examine the alternative solutions, and propose the most effective solution using supportive evidence.

Select an industry or a company and answer the follow:

1. Describe background information on the specific topic
2. Analysis of the case showing problems or effective strategies to manage risk and resilience
3. Offer recommendations on the best strategies for the organization or the industry.
