• Define strategic international human resource management (IHRM). What role does IHRM play in the expansion of a company to a host country? What key components must an IHRM plan contain?
• Describe your ideal international career. Is it in the private sector, government, or nongovernmental organization (NGO)? What industry? What area (e.g., production, sales, HR, etc.)? What attracts you to this career? How has this course impacted your future career choice?
